Audition Poetic Disasters Club

The Poetic Disasters Club is a joined initiative dance company based in Groningen (NL). Part of Club Guy & Roni, het Noord Nederlands Toneel (NNT) and working with Slagwerk Den Haag (SDH).The company is dedicated to the creation of fresh and contemporary repertory, performed by a young, international ensemble. We are looking for dancers in their last year of education, who are curious about the clashing of artistic disciplines. The group is focusing on research and development and will produce a wide variety of productions (in theater/ on location etc.). The repertory will include productions created by new and experienced makers.

Please attach a dance video of at least 1 minute to your CV. Due to Covid-19 the preselection is based on this video! Only a very limited number of people can attend the audition in Groningen.

Who?

Dance students (all genders) in their last year of education or recently graduated dancers (as a post graduated program).

When?

Audition takes place on 12 & 13 December 2020 at Theater de Machinefabriek (Bloemstraat 38) in Groningen.

Requirements:

• Full availability from October 2021 until August 2022.
• Feeling comfortable rehearsing in English (international colleagues).

 

Deadline for applications

Till the 27th of November 2020.

Salary:

Internship fee of 350 euro per month.
